There are at least two terms for Uyğur veils: çaçwağ and läçäk / liçäk. The former, associated with bridal customs, seems more likely to be the name of the veil shown here in Figure 1. Though, it should be noted that I could not find any sources verifying this designation.

These veils typically, but not always, accompany a tied pair of cala or “tassels.”
