Ingredients

  1. Cezve (Turkish coffee pot)

  2. Fincan (Turkish coffee cup)

  3. Teaspoon of finely ground Turkish coffee

  4. 3/4 cup of water

  5. (Optional) sugar

Instructions

  1. Put teaspoon of coffee (Optional: and sugar) inside the cezve

  2. Pour water inside cezve and stir

  3. Without walking away, put the cezve over stove on medium heat

  4. Watch

  5. When it begins to foam up, remove cezve (it may be hot)

  6. Pour into fincan
