"Women’s hat. Kashgar is the center of Uyghur Turks who are living with Han Chinese under China rule. They still wear many ethnic hats in various parts of this province. Made with a silk/metallic yarn brocade fabric in their style. It has not been worn. Survived in a hope chest. Plain red cotton lining with a black velvet trim."
