Türk Köftesi (Turkish Meatballs)

Ingredients
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 lb of ground lamb
0.5 teaspoon of salt
0.5 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 egg
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small to medium onion, minced
(Optional) meat spice
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix them with your hand
Mold the mixture into flat oval shapes
Grill or fry them until they are all the way done. With 12 meatballs, it should be for five minutes on each side, but time will vary with size.
Serve warm
