"Bowl; solid cast; plain interior; exterior decorated with a central medallion roundel containing a left-facing male portrait bust with a long beard, small pointed cap with ribbon ties, cloak fastened with a buckle at the front with ribbons below; surrounded by four equidistant circular medallion roundels, each also enclosing a male portrait bust: top, clean-shaven male in profile to the right, wearing cap with ribbon ties, double drop earring and cloak; right, clean-shaven male in 3/4 view to the left, moustache; bottom, clean-shaven male in profile to the right, wearing cap with ribbon ties, double drop earring and cloak; left, bearded 3/4 view of male to the left, each wearing a conical cap with a decorative central band, and all medallions separated by vertical vegetal scrolls with gilded backgrounds."
