Äynu (Ainu)
The Äynu (Äynu: ئەينۇ) are a Saqa Turkic speaking ethnic group that are indigenous to Uyğuristan (East Turkistan), Zhongguo (China).
Etymology
Äynu is of uncertain etymology; although, it is unlikely to be Turkic. The Äynu are pejoratively referred to as Abdal, a corruption of Yedivar.
